Johnny Smith

Professional MMA Fighter & Strength and Conditioning coach graduated from the university of southern Mississippi with a bachelors of science. Interned with USM Football in the spring of 2017 before going to EXOS in Frisco, Tx to finish his degree and second internship. Later hired on as a performance specialist where he spent 2 years train NFL, NBA, MLB, and Collegiate level athletes. Then transfered to Breckenridge Colorado with the company to run the Howard Head Sports Medicine performance site in Breckenridge partner of Vail health hospital where he spent just under 1 year. Johnny then decided to move closer to home and opened up Traction Sports Performance second location in Hattiesburg, which he ran for 3 years before taking a year away from the field to focus on his MMA career until he decided to open Seige Performance!
